Touch The Video new version v1.3 has been released. From this version, iOS6.0, iPhone5 and new iPod Touch(4″) are newly supported and Touch operation in full-screen mode has been improved. Here are changes with the v1.3. Support for 4inch screen iPhone5/iPod touch(5th) has larger screen size with 16:9 aspect ratio. When 16:9 content are displayed on iPhone4S, black bar appears on top and bottom of the screen, but with iPhone5, you can see the content in full screen which is 1.4x times larger than before. Touch The Video new version v1.2.5 has been released today. iOS 6.0 will be released tomorrow (9/19). In advance of the iOS 6.0 release, Touch The Video support for specification change of iOS. [FAQ]Sound does not come out.

There are two possible reasons. 1.Please confirm the Ring/Silent switch. Please turn the switch to “Ring” when it is “Silent”. Playing back sound by many applications including standard “video” is available even when the switch is “Silent”, but “T.T.Video” complies with the Ring/Silent switch setting. Notes In iPad,”Lock Rotation” or “Mute” is selectable by the setting of “Use Side Switch to:”. Since the trouble by the mistake of our company occurred in the release of the new version of Touch The Video, it is App Store. We have stopped sale of Touch The Video temporarily. Now, it is under preparation towards the right release of a new version. The release is being planned in the beginning of June. Many new functions are planned in the new version. Sync with iTunes Library

You can synchronize your videos in your iTunes library such as Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts and iTunes U to your iPhone/iPod/iPad device (just called iPhone in this section) to instantly start playing back with TouchTheVideo. Here is a procedure for how to synchronize Podcasts or iTunes U, but you can also take almost same procedure to sync Movies or TV Shows. Notes TouchTheVideo does not support Podcasts or iTunes U contents consisting of only audio. Sync with iTunes Library is supported only by iOS5.0 or later. iTunes File Sharing

On the iTunes application, click the connected iPhone/iPod/iPad device (just called iPhone in this section). Select “Apps”. Drop your video files into the “TouchTheVideo Documents” so that the files will be synchronized with your iPhone. The files copied to the iPhone instantly get ready for playing back with the TouchTheVideo.

Camera Roll

When location permission is given to the TouchTheVideo, the application can access to videos you have shot with built-in camera of iPhone/iPod/iPad. IMPORTANT INITIAL SETTING When you launch the TouchTheVideo for the first time, you will be asked for location permission (to use location information in videos), then please press “OK”. If you selected “Don’t Allow”, launch the “Settings” application and go to the “Location Services”, then give “T.T.Video” the permission by changing the switch to “ON”. NOTES When changing Location Services settings while the TouchTheVideo is running, restarting the application is necessary to reflect the change. For more details, please click here.

Evernote is a kind of useful on-line memo which can be shared or synchronized from multiple clients. Not only text date, you can attach various type of files with a note. Here is a procedure for attaching a video with Windows Evernote’s note and playing back the video with TouchTheVideo on iPhone.
