The software program “TouchTheVideo Plus” (hereinafter referred to as “this application”), which is provided by Creasyst
LLC (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) to its customers, is licensed to customers only in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement.
Scope of License
You may install, download, and use the Application on any device running iOS/iPad OS that you own for your own use.
You may not use this application beyond the licensed scope without our prior written consent, nor may you transfer, lend, or sublicense this application to any third party.
You may not reproduce, modify, or adapt this application.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this application. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this application, nor shall you allow any third party to do so.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to this application belong to our company. Except as provided in this Agreement, no rights are transferred or licensed to you.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Our company make no warranty as to whether or not this software infringes on the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party, and our company shall not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party resulting from the use of this application, or for any damages resulting from such infringement.
Our company only provide this application to you in the condition it is in at the time it is provided to you, and our company make no warranty as to its functionality, bugs, errors during transmission or reception, or any other matters related to its performance or quality.
Limitation of Liability
Our company are not responsible for any damage to your smartphone or tablet PC caused by installing, downloading, or using this application, or any other damage that may occur in relation to this software.
Even if data is intercepted when sending or receiving data using this application, our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by such interception.
Our company shall not be held liable for any service that cannot be provided by this application due to the introduction of other products or changes in specifications by our company or other companies.
Our company shall not be liable for any troubles, etc. caused by hardware, OS, other company’s software products, other peripheral devices, or network communication environment provided by the customer.
Our company may update this application when we deem necessary, but we are not obligated to update this application in accordance with OS upgrades of smartphones or tablet PCs or changes in the hardware itself.
